Cliffs: St Ninian's Well

On the first cliff after the Victoria Park is St Ninian's Well, the water from which was long believed to have curative powers for a range of diseases. It is thought to be associated with a chapel dedicated to St Ninian (or Ringan as he was known on the East Coast) in 1485.
